TTSP Conducts Interpersonal Communication Skills Training

Pag-Ibig Award
TTSP March-ender : Another Feather in the Cap
TTSP bags yet another award from a prestigious government agency, again – The Pag-Ibig fund. In a ceremony held at SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, TTSP through its President, Engr. Segismundo Exaltacion, Jr. was among the award recipients recognizing corporations that have remained steadfast in their contribution to the funding for their employees’ welfare. In fact, TTSP initiated to increase its share of contribution starting last year to upgrade the benefits it provided to its employees. This is another fulfillment of TTSP’s T-LIFE (Teamwork, Leadership, Integrity, Familial Relationship and Excellence) values at work.
For his part, the President offered the following testimonial to the Pag-ibig Fund in behalf of TTSP:
“The company aims to promote a savings culture among its employees and encourage consistent saving habits to build personal wealth, supplement retirement funds and as contingency fund during “rainy days”. To achieve this, the company decided to increase its PAG-IBIG contribution to at least five times the previous amount, providing equivalent employer share to every employee contribution. This move is expected to motivate employees to increase their personal savings while helping build up the PAG-IBIG Fund. Trusting in PAG-IBIG expertise and prudence in fund management, we envision it will eventually address the strategic and meaningful financing needs of HDMF members”
TTSP President climbed up the stage to receive the Plaque of Excellence award.

ARMSCOR Road to Industry 4.0
TTSP being an IT-enabled company through and under the leadership of its (President) Engr. Segismundo Exaltacion, Jr. was invited as one of the panelists to the Institute of Corporate Directors’ (ICD) webinar last September 30, 2022 dubbed “ARMSCOR Road to Industry 4.0”.
For his part, Engr. Exaltacion shared his understanding of, and the common intent of ARMSCOR’s application of digital technologies in its design, simulation, manufacturing, and business processes benchmarking from other players. He emphasized that through understanding the features, usage, and benefits of technological tools businesses can become better and relevant in the community in these challenging information age. He exemplified the utilization, application, and customization of these technologies in the design and production of ships, as in the case of TTSP where precision is critical. He highlighted an added benefit if the automation is combined with data analytics to enhance the management’s better appreciation and decision-making. Finally, he stressed the importance of taking advantage of the digital transformation tools to sustain the betterment of society and humanity by being responsible stewards and managers. His thought is that while the internet of things creates a world of efficiency and relative convenience, this should not make humanity entirely dependent on it. It must enable us, instead of enslaving us.
TTSP’s President, through his knowledge, and thus, experience in applying meaningful and effective corporate governance shared these inputs as panel reactor in the conduct of the webinar attended by members of the institute which consists of executives from different small, medium, and large corporations in the Philippines. The webinar proved to be a success and a fruitful one.
