A Japanese company engaged in design of ocean going vessels and other steel structures for marine applications is in need of:

  • Male/Female;
  • Graduate of BSME, BSNAME, BSCE and BSEE;
  • Knowledge in ACAD and other design software is an advantage;
  • With experience in engineering design is preferred.
  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Determines and complies all pertinent design specifications of the assigned project/s;
  • Thoroughly checks all points of designs prior to issuance or submission;
  • Helps and teaches respective junior members improve their performance on the ff:
    • On time delivery of drawings.
    • Production of high quality design outputs.
    • Cost efficiency in terms of man-hour utilization per drawing.



  • Male/Female;
  • Graduate of Drafting related course/Technical Vocational courses/or those who have completed at least 3 years in any field of Engineering;
  • Knowledge in ACAD and other design software is an advantage;
  • Experience in Refrigeration, Mechanical and Architectural Drafting, HVAC is preferred.
  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepares design input checklist, list of drawings and schedules of deliveries;
  • Prepares and submits consulation of drawings to other cross functional teams;
  • Supports Lead Engineers in preparation of drawings of various projects.

  • Graduate of any 4-year business related course;
  • Innovative, creative and highly organized;
  • Excellence in oral & written English skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Plans & organizes company wide activities;
  • Develop plans for improvement in GA workflows and procedures;
  • Prepares & process travel-related requirements of dispatch;
  • Handles various employee concerns and other Ad hoc assignments.



  • Work with management to create culture building programs;
  • Implement these programs to connect employees to the organization’s strategic objectives;
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal HR processes, systems and procedures through effective inputs to policy formulation in such areas: performance management, succession planning, employee relations.
  • Primary Responsibilities

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in various Human Resource functions especially on training needs analysis, organizational diagnostics, team development and change management;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to adopt with the working environment in Balamban.
